It gives you front , center and back of the green. It can't measure to the pin. But you can move the cross hair to the pin position and this will reflect as center. I have a SG4 and love it.
If you observe an object in an elliptical orbit around something, AND you know the mass of the orbiting object AND the size of the orbit, you can calculate the mass of the object at the center (more precisely, at one of the foci) of the orbit. We observe several stars orbiting the super-massive black hole at our galactic center. We can calculate their mass based on the light they give off, and we can measure their orbits over time. From this, we can calculate the mass of that black hole.
The meter should be on the AC scale. In Canada and US the reading should be 240 on the outside blade holes and 120 volt from the outside blade holes to the center blade hole. The U shaped pin is the ground. No voltage from it to the center pin.
How do they measure what?
I think there are several factors in determining it, like, where the epi center of the earthquake originated, and how deep the earthquake was, also I think there are some kind of bouys in the ocean that can measure stuff.

Do you have the tub where you can measure it? If so, measure from the back of the tub to the center of the overflow, that will give you the measurement for the drain.
