Premature Baby
It is not possible for a baby to digest it's own feces because it does not produce any. Feces are a waste product that we humans release when we have sucked all the nutirents out of it. An unborn baby (as I prosumed you meant) does not digest it's own food, rather, the mother digests it for the baby. Then, most of the nutrients that the mother produces, is sent down into the baby via the umbilical cord. Therefore, the baby cannnot produce and feces, let alone digest. If you were talking about a born baby, nothing would happen except for the baby just releasing it exactly as it was when it was eaten.
The medical term for preemie is a premature baby. A premature baby is born before 37 weeks gestation. A baby delivered after the 38th week is considered full term.

All sort of deformities and diseases can occur at which could cause a person to "not have a butt" in the normal sense. For instance, an infant may be born without a functioning anus. This can be repaired with a series of surgeries during which time the baby initially excretes feces through a surgically installed colostomy. Was that baby born without a butt?It is possible to not have a conventional butt, but it is impossible to live without a way to remove feces from the body.
Its a name normally given to baby girls. Meaning of Tyneisha is "Praise Worthy". Another meaning I found from an African Dictionary is "A Baby Girl born on Monday"
Baby elephants (as well as some other animals) eat the feces of their mother or other animals in the herd to obtain the bacteria they need to digest their food. Elephants digest plant matter in their gut using bacteria, and since elephants are born without this bacteria, they need to eat the feces of other elephants to obtain it.
