The most frequent, but not only, cause is atherosclerosis or fatty plaques lining the coronary vessels.
Another term that can be used is Cardiac Hypoxia (hypo = low + ox = oxygen + ia = noun form) or Cardiac Hypoxemia which adds " em=blood".
