You may have a medical condition called "jaundice" (pronounced JAWN-diss). It is usually a sign that your liver is not working properly; the condition is often very treatable: you may want to consult a doctor for a physical exam. On the other hand, if you are of Asian descent, your skin may look yellowish when you are in a room which has certain kinds of lighting; this is normal and nothing to worry about.
