This all depends on the province you work in--if the school is public or private--union--not union etc. As a kindergarten teacher in the Chilliwack School District #33 in British Columbia with 4 years experience and a 5 year degree I was grossing about 45.000 per 10 month school year. With my pay on the 12 month pay plan I was netting about $1200 bi-monthly.
