A 15 year old should make the same amount as anyone else on the job. They have to make minimum wage. If you get a raise, it will be because of your work not your age.

No. Updated answer by ConnieU: You have to have a license to be a hairdresser. See if there are any Beauty Colleges in your area. They will train you to get a license. I'm not sure what the minimum age might be.
This depends on the country you are living in. Some countries have strict minimum ages for paid occupation (usually around 16-18) however, where i am from, some part time jobs like working at a supermarket are possible at the age of 15 as an exception to legislation.
I would reccomend babysitting if you are a girl.
