It depends on where you are. In the U.S. states have different required amounts. If you mean legally, you should have at least whatever the state requires.
If you mean morally, you should carry whatever you feel ok with that you can afford.
Only if you have bought the extra coverage to have a rental. "Full coverage" usually just means you bought liability, comprehensive, and collision insurance.
dinosaurs.
Has the vehicle been repaired and inspected and title cleaned up? If so no problem, if not I suppose you can if the company you are requesting ins. from doesn't do their homework. But I promise you should you have another loss, this will resurface.
MOst likely your contract calls for you to insure the car. For your own protection, you should contiue the ins. coverage.
If by Full Coverage, you mean you also purchased Physical Damage, aka damage or loss of your vehicle and the car was confirmed stolen, preferrably via police report, the company will typically pay Actual Cash Value for your car, less your deductible.
no, the person driving the car will be 100% responsible. i had that happen to me in the states and his auto ins didn't cover someone intoxicated, but he still had to pay, through court.
VETO
I am not sure of your question, but if you need event insurance then try AMA for coverage, if you are needing something for the motorcycles...try Dairyland Ins.
Depends on type of coverage, but it is possible to be denied.
Comprehensive coverage differs from collision coverage, although both are components of what is known as "full coverage". Comp covers damage done to your car not as a result of an accident, such as from a falling tree, weather, or "acts of God". You did not necessarily have the wrong insurance, but you did not have the insurance you needed for an accident.
YOU pay off the loan like you agreed to in the contract. You likely agreed to have ins. that covered theft also. You should have had full coverage on a car with a loan on it. Sorry, you have to pay the loan off and now you own a totaled car! Comprehensive coverage isn't that expensive and would have covered theft.
WHY not? Have you asked them? Were they demanding the balance in full?? Have you beeen repoed before? Have you beeen repeatedly in default? Are you STILL in default? Do you have ins. coverage as required by the contract? Contact the lender ASAP.
