You're talking serious stuff. Kidnapping is a v-e-r-y serious offense whether you're a juvenile or an adult. You will not get a slap on the wrist for it. At the very least you're looking at some serious time in a juvenile facility and if they try you as an adult, possibly time in the state penitientiary.
you get 10 pts for hitting a kid. 50 pts for an adult. 100 pts for an old person. 150 pts for a person in a wheel chair.
Which state do you plan on kidnapping in? Are you kidnapping a child or an adult? Are you crossing state lines?....if so the FBI is gonna be all up in your business. I need more specifics before I can answer you better.
