This protein is found in chlorophyll in plants. It is an enzyme complex in the Calvin Cycle which is responsible for attaching a Carbon from CO2 to Ribulose bisphosphate. Hence the name "Ru-Bis-Co"

In layman's terms, pretty much anything that does photosynthesis has this protein.
