I was once taught Sedimentary rock is the most common rock found ON the Earth's surface.
This is due to the constant work of erosion wearing down igneous rock and uplifted metamorphic rock and reforming the sediments as sedimentary rock.
Sedimentary rock is of two types: 1) formed form detritus and 2) formed from organic materials.
Erosion explains the prevalence of the first type, while the death deposition and decay of ancient living things explains the second( lignite, coal, etc. ).
The crust is composed of igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rock types. The vast majority of crustal rock is igneous in origin.
Silicon Because It Is Its Most Common Factor
in the earths mantle
A fault line in the earths crust
phosphorus is commonly found in the earths crust because it is a rock
though there are thousands of different minerals only about 30 are common in earths crust. these 30 minerals make up most rocks in thee crust. i hope that helped :)
Silicon Because It Is Its Most Common Factor
Silicate minerals such as quartz and feldspar are the most common minerals located in earths crust
in the earths mantle
earths crust , oceans and atmosphere
Sedimentary rocks is the most common rock type. 75% of all rocks on earth are Sedimentary.
SILICATES, they make up 90% of the crust.
Quartz and feldspars are the most common silicate minerals of the crust.

The Earth's crust contains eight elements. The most common element among the eight is Oxygen (47 percent) and second is Silicon (28 percent).
Carbon
Mercury.
