i think it's either the iPod mini (those things are like bricks. you drop it, it freezes, turn it on, its fine) or the ipod nano. (pretty much same reason.) ipod classic has moving parts, making it more fragile. the ipod touch is just fragile. rop it, screen cracks. hope i helped.
