Easter Sunday, the fulfillment of God's promise. Jesus' resurrection showed that death in this world is not the end and that sin and evil have no power over God.

Correction:

The most important feast day of the year is Pentecost when Our Lord sent his Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and they received the wisdom and courage to begin spreading the Gospel message. Pentecost is considered the birthday of the Church. Without the descent of the Holy Spirit the Church would have died in the Upper Room in Jerusalem and Christmas and Easter would have become meaningless while Jesus would only be a brief footnote to history.
