TO make laws
The Most important job of the legislature is to make laws.
It including the president, each branch counts on each other to do their job. This branch enforces the laws from the Legislative Branch.
The Legislative branch's job is to make laws for the U.S. The Legislative branch enacts legislation (laws, regulations) They create on the Budget of the federal government They are the ones that create fee's and taxes They are the branch that declares war, most people mistakenly believe it is the President.
The branches checked by the Legislative Branch are the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch to make sure they are doing their job.
