The right to keep and bear arms, because without it you can't protect the others!
The Bill of Rights is important so people know what rights they have.
The right to freedom of speech (study Island) All rights are basically gauranteed because it is our rights which can't be violated by the government. Of course those rights do have limits as I can't go around in public shouting "I hate...." and say I have the right of Freedom of Speech.
The Bill of Rights are the first ten amendment to the constitution. They are important because they explain out basic rights as an American. The bill of rights is the first 10c amendments on the constitution, and its important because it protects our American rights.
The Bill of rights is the most important document in American history, in my opinion. Without it, the Americans would have no rights, and coming to mind, we would none of the following rights: The right to bear arms. The right to a quick and speedy trial. The right to a defense attorney. The right to free press and speech and petition and assembly. And many more that are essential to freedom.

No, the Bill of Rights was not written in a specific order. The first three are the most important.
The freedoms of speech, religion, and the press, the right of free assembly, and the right to petition the government. These 5 are listed in the First Amendment.
My answer: Bail is not the most important right protected by the Bill of Rights. For people who may actually think that, my guess is they have either been in jail for a crime they committed, or been in jail for a crime committed by someone they were associating with. Bail IS important, but I think the question is very opinionated. Maybe you will make alterations to it to make it more like "Why do you think bail is an important right protected by the Bill of Rights?" Who knows what you meant, but that's my answer!
the constitution is important because with out it us the woman wont have any right and the bill of rights wont be existing and the united states wont have any fun like we do know...... most Americans don't really care about the bill of right because they fell like most off us don't need it and is not important for us to Have the rights we have now and think they will be better off with out it and just think is a waste of our time to have any rights any freedom.
