The amounts they inject are extremely small, but they can kill very very quickly and very painfully. Nevertheless, if you want to delve into poisons I think you'll find that the most poisonous creature is the bacterium known as Clostridium botulinum... Its secretion - the botulism toxin - is so powerful that a single ounce of the purified crystal would kill every human on the face of the earth.
