Erosion is caused by four factors primarily (although this is a simplification):
The most common cause is difficult to say. If you live by an ocean, Marine weathering is most common; a desert, Aeolian; and so on. However, worldwide, the most common cause of erosion is probably that caused by the sea as it removes material from the Coastlines around the world all day, every day, at a rapid rate and everywhere.
Warm humid weather speeds up erosion
^especially if its windy, and rainy alot. tropical climates usually fit this description.
Moving water.
Hurricanes, Tropical Storms, Floods.
water
the most weather that is most likely to cause the most erosion is a thunderstom
Exposure of rocks at the earth's surface to water and atmospheric conditions is most likely to cause erosion. The Grand Canyon is a good example of this type of exposure.
High Plains
Erosion
high plains
very bad t storms would be most likely to cause erosion. so would snow
uplift and erosion
In a hot and dry area
Most likely high winds unless a chemical reaction takes place.

Water Causes erosion very well. You know rocks erode in water. That's why they have jettys.
Waves pounding the base of the cliff.
Erosion
Water and wind are the cause of most erosion.
