That is a subjective question, the first one that comes to my mind is a Cadillac Escalade/ESV/EXT or Platinum Edition. They have tons of stanard features, lots of great options and a very powerful 6.2L 403hp Flex Fuel V8 for 2009 that is paired to a six speed automatic with manual controls to shift yourself. The Escalade is very expensive but after rebates you can have them for a more "acceptable" price. A side note a GMC Yukon Denali/XL will cost nearly 10,000 less and have the same motor and most of the same features but will not be a Cadillac.

There are many luxury SUV's in KSA market, but if you to combine luxury, quality and durability plus a good brand value you will find in Toyota landcruiser. Originally launched in 1984 this is still one the best luxury SUV in many countries. A SUV lover will always have an eye for bold stance, very high ground clearance, high approach angle, powerfull engine, larger meaty tyres and robust frames etc. This one comes near to all of these.
Grandstand facade of Santa Anita Park is one of the most luxurious grandstands in the country as the founder, before building it, wanted to make sure that he built the "most luxurious racecourse ever".
