Oh no, it is the outer planets which have the most moons. Terrestrial planets such as Earth have relatively few moons.
In order to land on a planet, it has to have a solid outer crust. The only planets in the solar system with a solid outer core are the 4 inner planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars). The planets outside the Asteroid Belt are composed primarily of gas, which would make any landing impossible on those planets.
The outer core of the Earth is most likely a liquid zone, consisting of molten iron and nickel. This layer lies beneath the solid inner core and is responsible for generating the planet's magnetic field.
