The most radioactive room in the world is the Infinity Room, found in the former Rocky Flats area, (Colorado) the room was (is) so radioactive that it was impossible to measure with any technology, hence the name "Infinity Room." Since the government didn't want ten foot tall deer and coyotes with two heads they poured cement into the underground wasteland sealing it off from the rest of the world.

This room became so radioactive because there was a fire that took place in the Infinity room that caused a Uranium spill, it made the room so radioactive that not only could they measure it, they couldn't even walk inside it even with the strongest radioactive suits.

Ion of sodium isotope of uranium proton of hydrogen or proton of oxygen is most likely to be radioactive?

Hydrogen has only one natural radioactive isotope(3H), of cosmogenic origin, but only in ultratraces on the earth. Sodium has two radioactive natural isotopes (22Na and 24Na), of cosmogenic origin, but only in ultratraces on the earth. Oxygen has not natural radioactive isotopes. All the isotopes of uranium are radioactive.
