I think it is dark pikachu (or sometimes called shadow pikachu), because dark pikachu has 999 HP but its not even real so i guess im sorry though i wish it was real! No The Answer Isnt Dark Pikachu Its Mewtwo! Hes So Rare Almost Nobody Has Him
I have 5 Mewtwos. Every collector I talked to have more. Many people have them. But the real rarest card is the Pikachu Illustrator, only 6 are known to exist and they were given to contest winners. (Btw, these are japanese, so if you want english, keep looking)

∙ 14y agoThere are many different types of "Rare" Poke'mon. There is no "Rarest". Here are the Most Rare Pokemon in each game. Leaf Green/Fire Red: Mewtwo, Mew, Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos, Eevee. Saphire/Ruby/Emerald: Deoxys, Jirachi, Skitty, Feebass, Beldum, Chikarita, Totodile, Cyndiquil. Diamond/Pearl: Shaymin, Darkrai, Feebass, Dratini, Giritina, Regigigas, Eevee. Platinum: Shaymin, Darkrai, Feebass, Dratini, Dialga, Palkia, Eevee. If you're talking about Poke'mon Cards, then the Rarest would be the Pikachu Birthday Card.

∙ 8y agoThe rarest Pokemon has been reported to be Celebi. It is hard to get outside of Japan through an event, and Shiny Celebi is unobtainable without a hacking device.
