This is known as the "Ecumenical Movement".

Since Vatican II there are two interpretations of what this movement entails. The traditional doctrine is that all Christianity is one, One in Jesus Christ, His Faith, His Church, His Law, His sacraments and His salvation. Since the divisions caused by schism and heresy, the Catholic Church has actively sought that these off-shoots come back to the Church and rejoin the One. This unification is based on all the faithful of Christ returning to One Church, the Catholic Church.

Since Vatican II, and widely supported in the modern sphere, the Ecumenical Movement has been conducted as an active attempt to unite all denominations with any claim upon Christianity - and even sometimes non-Christian religions - into a kind of United Nations of religion where all shall be respected and engage in inter-religious dialogue to increase better understanding of one another. This unification is based on the idea of tolerance, and probably must remain in an intermediate state of perpetual dialogue and sharing of the experiences and manifestations of spiritual things since no one is encouraged to convert.

Broadly, assuming you meant the reconciliation of all people, not just all Christians, the movement is referred to as Universalism, but there are different forms.
