What is the movie 'One Magic Christmas' about?

It's about a Christmas angel who used to be a cowboy until he drowned saving someone's life. Now he travels around helping people regain their belief and their Christmas spirit. This year, he's helping a woman during the Great Depression. Her husband wants to spend money on their two children's presents and Ginny wants to pay the bills. When Jack takes the children and stops by the bank on the way to pick her up from work, he runs into a bank robber and is shot, and the robber steals his car, not knowing that the children are in the back seat. Gideon, the angel, takes over and arranges a Christmas miracle for everyone, even taking the little girl to see the real Santa Clause.
