What is the movie One Missed Call about?

Its about different people who get a different ringtone and they get a missed call, they also get a voicemail,lets say, that its January 5 ,2005 and the voicemail says it was sent at October 21,2005 5:43 and the person hears a scream and that's when she dies and its goes all through the year and on October 21 2005 5:43 she dies and has the same exact noise of the voicemail.
