40 mpg on long runs 25-30 around town
On a 1998 18i 16v Artic it's fuse #22
I have 4 dodge trucks. '89 2wd automatic @ 22 mpg (driving normal) and 17 mpg acting stupid with it (pump is turned up). '94 4wd Manual @ 18 mpg (all stock work truck). '96 4wd automatic @ 19 mpg (all stock), '98 24v 4wd automatic 18 mpg (driving normal) and 14.5 mpg acting stupid with it (575 hp and still finding weak links).
The gas mileage of a 1981 Corvette can depend on whether it is automatic or manual transmission. With automatic transmission, it gets 15 mpg on the highway, and 21 in the city, but with manual transmission, it gets 14 mpg on the highway, and 22 in the city.
2 wheel drive, 2.3L engine, automatic = 18 city / 22 hwy mpg.2 wheel drive, 2.3L engine, standard shift = 21 city / 25 hwy mpg. 2 wheel drive, 2.9L engine, automatic = 15 city / 20 hwy mpg. 2 wheel drive, 2.9L engine, stanard shift = 16 city / 22 hwy mpg. 4 wheel drive, 2.3L engine, standard shift = 18 city / 22 hwy mpg. 4 wheel drive. 2.9L engine, automatic = 15 city / 19 hwy mpg. 4 wheel drive, 2.9L engine, standard shift = 16 city / 20 hwy mpg.
It's supposed to be around 22 mpg around town if you have an automatic. If you have manual I'm not sure, but I get about 23-24 out of my automatic instead.
The 1990 Honda Accord with an automatic transmission gets an estimated 19 mpg in the city. The vehicle gets an estimated 22 mpg highway mileage.
MPG can be 22 in the city and 34 on the highway with a manual transmission. With an automatic the MPG would be 19 in the city and 30 on the highway. If you plan on buying a Dodge Nitro, be sure to get a manual transmission. MPG is much better, you have more control, and it's a lot more fun to drive.
If your 2001 VW Jetta is an 4-cylinder automatic, you will get 22 combined mpg. If your jetta is a 4-cylinder manual, you'll get better mpg, that being 24 combined.
should be 20 mpg, some get 22 mpg.
