The nervous system sends impulses starting from the brain down the spinal cord (the central nervous sytem) and then out to the perhipreal nervous system which goes thoughout the whole body. These impulses go to every other body system and tell them how and when to work. It is much more complicated than that but I'm only 8th grade and i had to make a poster for it in 3 days so i didnt learn a whole lot about it
Proper exercise has many positive affects on your muscles, bones, and connective tissues. Strength training, for example, strengthens all three. Stronger bones means that they are less likely to break. Stronger connective tissues means they are less likely to tear. Stronger muscles increase your mobility and burn many more calories throughout the day than fatty tissue. It can sometimes also increase the size of muscles making you look better. .

Yes. It also has an immune system, an endocrine system, and an integumentary system.
The systems of the body are the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system, the respiratory system, the digestive system, the urinary system, the reproductive system, the muscular system, the skeletal system, the nervous system, the integumentary system, and the endocrine system.
The twelve organ systems consist of: digestive system respiratory system cardiovascular system lymphatic system immune system nervous system muscular system skeletal system integumentary system reproductive system excretory system endocrine system
Nervous system is a Sensory System. The endocrine system is a messenger system
Circulatory system Endocrine system Muscular system Digestive system Nervous system Skeletal system Respiratory system and Excretory system
