Open the image on Photobucket to the closest to full-screen they offer, then right-click on the picture. Select the option labeled something like "Save picture as..." and a box should open. Now browse to the folder you want the picture to be saved in. Now select a name, and click "Save".
.exe stands for executeable. A .exe file can be any program such as internetexplorer.exe, or solitare.exe. the .exe files call on information stored in the program files, and puts them all togethor to create a program as you know it. I'm assuming you want to hide an image in a folder, where you would create a new foler, then drag the image to it. but, if you are making a .exe, you tell the computer to call on the picture which is stored somewhere
If it comes as a disk image called programName.dmg you double click the icon to start the installer and follow the instructions therin. If it is the actual program in a folder you just drag it into your applications folder.
Paste the image to word or another such program, then right click and save image.
you can logg onto myspace with your phone click on the image and hit save as and choose a folder mainly in your media folder under images
The Disc Utility found in the Utilities folder within the Applications folder can burn a Disc Image (See links below). A disk image is a single file containing the complete contents and structure representing a hard drive, floppy disk or CD etc. On a Mac downloaded software is often delivered as a disk image designated with the .dmg extension.

To save pictures from emails to your computer, you can simply right-click on the image in the email and select "Save image as." No you cannot. An .exe is an executable (a program)a .jpeg is an image (picture)You cannot convert a program into a picture just as you cannot rabbit a good into a temperature; they exist in different contexts.
There is a Program called Dreamboot. Just open it, select "Scrambled Binary", select the folder with the emulator (make sure you already have ROMs saved), then save it as a DiscJuggler Image or Nero Image, and put it on a blank CD-R and there you go!
