Here is the definition I found. I hope it works. Please correct me if anyone finds this wrong. "Controlled drugs that have been identified through the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act (1971), including all depressant and stimulant drugs, and other drugs of abuse or potential abuse. This act controls all distribution and use of these drugs." I got this same questions on a practice test for school and this is what my textbook says.
