There is a roleplaying site called Warriorcatsrpg.com, the name is misleading because it has a whole lot more than warrior cats. Like wolves, horses, lions, dogs, or loners and rouges.
I personally don't think so but you'll have to see for yourself. (even though you can chat and say whatever you want) One guy asked me where i lived and what my name was!
Try gaia online or raganarok online.
Do you mean 'The Batman'? The Joker is pretty monstrous in that show.
This is mostly a personal preference, and depends on if you are roleplaying or not. It also depends on if there are any naming rules of the server which you are joinging. For example: On a roleplaying server, names like xXcomeandgetitXx might be reported for a naming violation, where as on a normal or PVP server, it would be allowed. You also should name your character to something that you like. If you do not like the name Bisslepus, then do not name your character that.

You can use any character or user name you wish. However it must not be vulgar, can not contain spaces, or be deemed offensive by Administrative staff. If you play on a Role Playing realm you should not use a name which does not have roleplaying traits as it may be demanded to be changed!
Yes. He has changed his name from "The Game" to "Game".
You are probably thinking of Frankenstein- but that is wrong. In her book, Frankenstein was the man that created a creature from the parts of dead people- the creature never HAD a name.
