You do not for a number of reasons. PCs without an emulator do not play PS2 games. PS2 games are not CDs they are DVDs. The emulators run files so the games must be downloaded into the PC harddrive and then played. The emulator uses the PS2 bios to play the game and you must have a PS2 to legally download the PS2 Bios. Games are much easier to be played on your PS2 and the emulator does not work on many PS2 titles
In order to use a computer to play PS2 games it would need a DVD drive for the PS2 discs and a emulator program with PS2 bios

PS2 are DVDs and if you PC does not have a DVD reader you need to add one along with PCSX2 emulator and then learn to use it. Still it will not play many game titles games and never play any like the trouble free way a PS2 does
when you turn on your ps2 a screen will pop up that says you to puss x when you push x it will load the game and if not either your connection is bad or your disc is scratched.

Easy, using a playstation emulator such as epsxe. Put the CD of your psx game ( Or backup ISO file ) in the drive then run it :).
