There is no such thing as a "rabbi priest".
Rabbis have no special clothing other than the same ritual garments that other Jews wear: kippah, tallit, tefillin, etc.
Conservative and Classical Reform rabbis also wear robes during services, as a symbol of professorship, a custom that comes from Germany in the mid 19th Century.
