dratini or dragonair
It depends on what level they are on. But it looks to me like they are good. At the very least, you have a good variaty of pokemon.

A Prism Sphere can be found in the Underground tunnels in Pokemon Platinum. It is simply dug up in the walls of the tunnels using the explorer kit obtained in Eterna City. The sphere is clear and shaped like a prism, and it is harder to find than the red, blue and green spheres. It is thought to be symbolic of the Pokemon Diamond version since it resembles the structure on Dialga's neck.
well i think if you use it in battle it will go back to lv.100, cause i had Pokemon like that in blue version (huge glitch) but I've never seen it on diamond or pearl
The best team on any Pokemon game is to have a Pokemon that each is a different type like psychic , water ,fire and dragon but don't pick a grass type no offence to them but they kinda suck and make sure you train all your Pokemon really hard so they are really powerful and can knock your opponent out in one or two strikes i have a chimchar that is level 100 so keep training ^.^
You can get Pokemon like milotic and Deoxys for good deals
you cannot get it just level up some water type Pokemon and some Pokemon like milotic swampert or KYOGRE can get it
The erratic Pokemon exp growth , like milotic and lunaton , Google erratic Pokemon exp and you will see other easy training pokemons .
All Pokemon evolve at different levels, and some evovle under special circumstances (like Milotic and Riolu). You need to be more specific.
3 fighting pokemon is not the best option better pick an electric pokemon like electivire and a Dark/Ghost pokemon like weavile to replace lucario and gallade
Any type of water Pokemon can surf. A few examples are Wailord , Empoleon and Relicanth

NO, unfortunately Pokemon blue, red and yellow are all first generation Pokemon games and Pokemon sapphire is third generation. You can trade Pokemon from blue to games like gold and silver, but not games like firered and sapphire.
If they are both the same gender, they will not breed. It may take a while for them to breed, e.g. it definitly won't breed if you talk to the day-care man and he says "Milotic and Corsola prefer to play with other Pokemon than with each other" Or if it takes a while for them to breed, he will say "Milotic and Corsola don't like each other much."
The best team is one that has many types. Spiritomb and a dragon type Pokemon are almost certainly needed, as well as a strong water Pokemon like Milotic. The rest is up to your discretion. Without legendaries, there really are no ultimate Pokemon.
Most Water type Pokemon can learn Rain Dance, like Gyarados, Marill and Blastoise. Some non-water types can learn it too, like Solosis, Tailow and Woobat. If you're asking what Pokemon learn it while leveling up, it includes Pokemon like Castform, Milotic and Tympole.
NO WAY. Some Pokemon are huge, like milotic, gyarados, rayquaza, dialga, palkia, giratina, torterra, ... you get the idea. So no, they are not all small. Unless 47 feet counts as small.
