Almost all arteries carry oxygenated blood. Chief among them is the aorta.
Pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood and appears blue, while pulmonary vein carries oxygenated blood and appears red.
Any artery carries oxygenated blood. The larger ones are called arteries, smaller are arterioles. These end into a capillary bed where oxygen is sent to the cells and carbon dioxide is picked up.
Artery - always carries blood FROM the heart Vein - always carries blood TO the heart The vein which brings blood to the heart from the lungs is the PULMONARY VEIN ('pulmonary' = lungs). The one carrying blood away from the heart to the lungs is the pulmonary artery. Easy.
There are three: The Superior Vena Cava carries de-oxygenated blood from the upper half of the body to the heart. The Inferior Vena Cava carries de-oxygenated blood from the lower half of the body to the heart. The Coronary Artery carries oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart.
The Ulna Artery.

The coronary arteries. These are the arteries that are treated when someone has a heart attack.
The posterior tibial artery carries blood to the posterior of the leg. This artery also branches off into the fibular artery, which supplies blood to the lateral compartment of the leg.
The pulmonary artery, which takes deoxygenated blood from the right side of the heart to the lung to be reoxygenated. The pulmonary vein then carries oxygenated blood back to the left side of the heart to be pumped back to the rest of the body.
