It represented Jesus's flesh. It was the meal he ate before he was murdered.

He gave himself up for us sinners so that we, too, could have eternal life with him someday. We feast in his presence at Mass, remembering God's sacrificial offering of His Son, Jesus Christ.

nobody in this world could know but if you are christion and have been saved by god then whenever you die you can ask jesus what kind of bread he eats ok
