These islands are all a part of the Carribean, named after the sea in which they are located.Some of these include: The Florida Keys, Haiti/Dominican Republic, Cuba, etc.
The group of islands that stretch from Florida to Venezuela is known as the Bahamas. When Christopher Columbus arrived in 1492, he initially believed he had reached the outskirts of India, which is why he referred to the native people he encountered as "Indians." These islands were among the first places he explored during his voyages to the New World.
they don't have a specific name; however that region is called the Caribbean.
The islands are called the Antilles, also known as the West Indies, although the latter term can also include the Bahamas east of Florida.
