Weeelll, there's a lot of mangas with that plot. It's actually very common lately, and its getting kind of annoying, but I still read it.
Parfait Tic is a manga where two cousins move in to her apartment building, and I swear, whenever she falls in love with on of them, they tell her no. She falls in love with the other one, and then the other wants her back.
But if you're into long dramas, then you should read that one? ^-^

Yes there is one. Instead of the car crash one, Mike and Heather are catching fire flies while camping. Mike climbs on top of a tree and a branch breaks and he falls down.
