It is the [constantly varying] Physical Energy that makes up and composes sound waves.
It's not easy to be sure what is meant here. The sight organ is the eye, and the sound organ is the ear, but these are sense organs, i.e. they contain receptors. The larynx makes sound, and this could be classed as an effector if you shout in response to a stimulus, but you can't really think of sight in this way.

I just love the sound of a pipe organ.
A classical lyre has a hollow body or sound-chest (also known as soundbox or resonator), which, in ancient Greek tradition, was made out of turtle shell. Extending from this sound-chest are two raised arms, which are sometimes hollow, and are curved both outward and forward. They are connected near the top by a crossbar or yoke. An additional crossbar, fixed to the sound-chest, makes the bridge which transmits the vibrations of the strings.
A hog sometimes makes a snorting sound, and sometimes makes a squealing sound.
Organ pipe cacti make no noise.
