Yes, it was cancelled in March 2010, before the last episode was aired. Although there are rumours that a season two is planned, airing on either Discovery Channel or Speed Network. No official air date.

Yes, It was on The Disney Channel somewhere from 1990-1997. This was back when The Disney Channel was uncut and commercial free. The best part of because it was uncut and commercial free was, They showed a never before seen segment that was only show in the U.K. (Like for example: Rowlf Singing "It's not where you start It's where you finish" on the Candice Bergen episode from the first season). Those were the good old days. I loved The Muppet Show. And yes, I used to see it on The Disney Channel back in the 90's. Unfortunately, It was taken off the air in March of 1997 when The Disney Channel was no longer a premium channel.
