Urolithiasis refers to the condition of having calculi in the urinary tract (which also includes the kidneys), which may form or pass into the urinary bladder. I believe the name you are wanting is "cystourethrogram". "Cysto-" has to do with urinary, e.g. the bladder and kidneys. "-urethro" has to do with the uretha. And the "-gram" refers to the record made. There is also a "bead chain cystourethrogram" test in which a beaded chain is inserted up the urethra into the bladder and instead of fluid being placed into the bladder, a gas is used; a tracing on paper is made of the bladder pressure and expansion. When the bead chain is removed, the gas is expelled as if urine. Neither are very comfortable, especially if the bladder walls are infected (interstitial bladder infection).
Cystoscopy is the medical term for visual examination of the bladder using a scope. Cyst/o means urinary bladder, and -scopy means to visually examine. It allows for a visual examination of the urinary bladder and is usually an out-patient procedure. Your doctor will insert a very small thin cable with a camera attached at the end of it to actually look at your bladder or perform a small biopsy of it if needed. The procedure lets your doctor see things he/she might have missed otherwise with an x-ray or MRI.
