Step four: The first time you use your voice recognition software is when it will be the worst, from there on out it's all uphill. Your voice recognition software should come equipped with a fairly large vocabulary, but as my vocabulary is larger than the programs, I did have to train it to learn some words by hand. All you have to do is get the spelling of the word (it's absolutely essential that you spell it correctly), and then write it down for the software, and then hit the button "train," and say the word out loud clearly. It's as easy as that. Your voice recognition software should work almost flawlessly forever after that.
