First thing's first, it's not a volcanoe, it's a Geyser. it's name is "Old Faithful" because it launches super-heated water high into the air every 30-45 minutes. -Drak
It didn't. Yellowstone is still called Yellowstone. Old Faithful is the name of a geyser in Yellowstone.

Volcanoe
A volcano in, say Yellowstone Park, if it erupted explosively, could completely wipe out 1/3 of the United States, and the resulting ash and smoke cloud could seriously diminish the ability of plants to grow and the world's inhabitants to feed themselves.
I believe it is Loih'i
A supervolcano with ejecta greater than 1,000 cubic kilometers (240 cubic miles). These are so big that it is difficult to recognize them as volcanoes and example is Yellowstone Park in the US.
Composite volcanoes are bigger than cinder cone volcanoes, but not shield volcanoes. With the possible exception of the Yellowstone Caldera, the largest volcanoe on earth is Mauna Loa, a shild volcano that makes up most of the island of Hawaii. The largest known volcano anywhere is Olympus Mons, a shield volcano on Mars.
The probability is very close to 1. It is not likely to disappear, not is it likely to remain dormant for the remaining 4 billion years (approx) that the earth is expected to continue in existence.
it is called Eyafjallajokull. no jokes
