At level 28 on a Fire character in Wizard 101, Dalia Falmea will give you the quest to obtain the spell Fire Minion. Keep in mind you will need a membership or an access pass to other places like Krokotopia and Marleybone to get this spell.

∙ 12y agoRain Of Fire its one of my favorite spells its very powerful as a matter of fact once i first got i did over 7000 thousand damage with it and that was not even the burn i used only like 4 blades to :D

You have to train them in the Pet Pavillion. When they level up (teen, adult, ancient etc.) they will get new talents. Which talent you get is pretty much random though.
