In my opinion, it is Busch Gardens, either Europe or Africa. They both are new and have fun rides, gift shops, plenty of amazing restaurants and pretty scenery too. Kings Dominion has more kid themed rides, but it is older and some of the rides are pretty old and creaky. Busch Gardens is newer.
