No its not. Club penguin storm is not really hacking, and even if you think it is, check www.cpcheats.info and it will say it is a cheat not a hack. No one has hacked cp before. You can't download Penguin Storm anymore as Club Penguin have found a way to stop it working.. I found this out when I tried to download the newest version and it didn't work.. I went on to CPCheats (the makers of Penguin Storm) and they said it wasn't going to work again because they were getting fed up of anwsering e-mails over and over and over etc. ;) with the same answer! Sorry if you've never been on it and just heard of it, it was a really good site/cheat! :)
