Microsoft "Flight" is in production right now and has announced internal testing last year. My guess is that Microsoft Flight will be released in late 2011 or 2012. If there are delays expect around 2013.

First, create a GameSpy account. Next, sign in and make sure the dropdown box in the top left hand corner is selected to Free Flight. You will see a whole lot of game servers.
