No, not really. It is actually a bit above average. I am a 19 year old, and I am 5'11'', and actually a tiny above average for women. Most 13 year old girls are 5'3''-5'7''. But there are the tall ones, too, like I was. It's weird; I was 5'10'' at age 12, and now 5'11'' at 19. But no matter HOW tall you are, you are always beautiful! Because God made you and loves you!

Hello, i am 13 years old, but i am a boy, i am 5'8 and i was weighting over 189lbs wich is a lot, now im 127,
To get really slim what you need to do is:
Drink Linasa: its a grain, ask your mother... you need to drink it 2 times at day:(morning, evening)
eat 5 times at day
in the morning (7am) a breakfast,
at 12pm eat a small Snack; preferably a fruit
Then at 3pm eat 2 raw vegetables before eating something and take Omega 3 its a protein,
at 5pm eat another snack, you can eat a frozen yougurt.
then at 8pm eat 2 raw vegetables and your meal, and of course drink Linasa and Omega 3
Do exercises
at least 250 minutes at week,
do Gymnastics, Karate, Swim, Run...
I did 2 hours of Karate and Gymnastics so its 2 hours per day.
if you are desesperate do 2 hours of exercise per day wich is 840 minutes
In 2 moths you wil lose over 60 pounds its a 5-7 punds per week diet...

That is completely normal! That is a perfect weight and you should stay put right there! Just be sure to stay in shape because as you think you may have fully developed you have not and in the next couple years you are more than likely to gain a lot of weight due to hormones. From experience and several friends, it has averaged 20-30 pounds by age 20.
Don't worry so much about it. You have lots of "growing spurts" left in you. One year you could sprout up 2" or more and that's what happened to one of my nephews. Just relax and don't worry about it. My guess is you'll be around 5' 8" tall.

There is no such thing as 'normal' it depends on your parents height. There is an average, and 'normal weight for height'.
That could be a very healthy weight. Is the person eating and exersizing in a healthy manner? If so, this sounds fine.
No. You should actually be happy about it because not all girls grow up to 5'5 tall. Girls usually stop growing at 5'3 or'5'4.
