The adjective "attacked" does not have a regularly-used adverb (i.e. attackedly, attackingly, and attackably do notexist).

There can be any number of adverbs for "attacked". Two examples are harshly and suddenly.

The word 'attacked' is the past participle, past tense of the verb to attack.

The word attack is also a noun as a word for a physical or verbal assault; an initial movement in a task or undertaking; an episode or onset of a disease, a feeling, a need, a desire (an attack of hunger, an attack of guilt).

The noun forms for the verb to attack are attacker and the gerund, attacking.

No, it is not an adverb. Attacking is a verb form and gerund (noun), and can be used as an adjective. The adverb form does not exist.
