A locksmith will be able to provide the combination from the code number stamped on the back of the lock.
The lock has to be open, turn the lock to the back side, flip the lever on the bottom up and to the left, set the new combo, push the lever on the back to the right and your done.

Many combination locks have three numbers associated with them. A combination lock that has the middle spinner unlocks like this: Turn the dial to the left past the first number and then to that number the second time. Then turn the knob to the right to the second number. Finally turn the knob back to the left to the third number. This unlocks that type of combination lock.
it depends what keyboard you have but your keyboard is probaly on number lock different keyboards have different way to take it off hope this helps
Spin 3 times to the right until you get to your 1st number, spin to the left past your second number once then keep spinning until you get back to your 2nd number, then spin to the right until you get to the last number. then pull the lock to open. By Emma

When you "enable" your number lock key, when you press the number buttons on the numeric keypad it will type numbers. When you "disable" your number lock key the number keys on your numeric keypad will no longer come up but the keypad will return to its default settings. Certain numbers do certain things when the number lock key is disabled.
Toll-free telephone number, office hours, mailing address, and email messaging are available on the website, www.masterlocks.com. Basically, there may be one of three ways to get the combination. One's sending the unattached lock to their office. The lock's sent back, with the combination. A second way's to send a photocopy of the back of an attached lock, and a notarized Lost Combination Form that can be printed from the site. The photocopy must be of such good quality that the office will have no trouble reading the serial number on the back of the lock. And third's contacting one of the website's customer service representatives when the customer and the lock are located outside the U.S. But perhaps the best step's first going to the site email, or telephoning, to check on current proper procedures.
