There are at least 2 reasons for the variety of climates and vegetation found in Brazil. These reasons are the moisture and the temperatures that are found there.
The most common type of vegetation throughout Latin America is tropical rainforest. Brazil has the most land with this type of vegetation, particularly in the Amazon Rainforest which covers a significant portion of the country.

Green. Mostly. Sometimes it's brown(ish), especially when it's dead. Sometimes it has flowers, which aren't green. They're coloured. Sometimes the vegetation in Brazil is tasty. Sugarcane springs to mind. So do melons. There are some lovely melons in Brazil, I've seen them on the internet. Speaking of Brazilian vegetation, it is a little known fact that your average hippy chick has more pubic hair than the whole of Brazil combined.
