Any even numbered Interstate Highway in America runs east and west. In Oklahoma, that would be I40, and I44.
Not sure what you mean, but U.S. Highway 66 has always had that designation, literally from the day it opened. U.S. Highway 666 was re-numbered as Highway 491 in 2003.
1 is Princes highaway and 31 is Hume highway. Highway 1 Bruce H'wy, Qld.
E-W Interstates and highways are even numbers.
