If you are asking what weight of oil you should use, that is really based on personal preference, you location, and driving habits. If you live in an area that gets extremely hot you want a heavier weight oil, such as 10W40 if you live in an area that gets extremely cold you want thinner oil 5W20, if you live in an area that has a wide range of temps, go with a middle range either 5W30 or 10W30. I have to deal with both, and I use 5W30. As for brand and synthetic versus conventional that is a personal choice. Using full synthetic actually gets you more mileage between changes.
